4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We accept cryptocurrency payments processed by a third-party payment provider. Cryptocurrency transactions are converted and settled at rates determined at the time of payment; network and processing fees may apply. You are responsible for sending the exact amount requested at checkout within the allotted time window.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of products to the carrier. Estimated processing and delivery times are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Due to the nature of research materials, most sales are final. Cryptocurrency refunds, where granted, are processed manually and returned in cryptocurrency.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to purchase products for human or animal use, not to resell products for consumption, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in order cancellation and reporting to appropriate authorities.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioPepWell.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from misuse of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
