Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders of $25.00 or more.
- Orders under $25.00 are charged a flat shipping rate of $6.95.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Cryptocurrency payments must be fully confirmed on-chain before an order enters processing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, though final delivery time is determined by the courier and is not guaranteed. Carrier delays may affect these estimates.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with a non-U.S. shipping address may be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.
Undeliverable & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or refused delivery, may be subject to reshipment fees. See our Refund Policy for details.
